ETHICS POLICY

Standards of Ethical Conduct
Christian Life Academy
Apostolic Christian School
Introduction
At Christian Life Academy, we are committed to upholding biblical principles in all aspects of education and conduct. As an Apostolic Christian school, our mission is to provide a Christ-centered learning environment where students grow spiritually, academically, and morally in accordance with the Word of God.

1. Biblical Foundation
Our ethics policy is rooted in the teachings of Jesus Christ and the Apostolic doctrine. We adhere to the principles of holiness, integrity, and love as taught in the Scriptures (Colossians 3:17, 2 Corinthians 7:1). Every member of our school community—students, faculty, staff, and parents—is expected to conduct themselves in a manner that honors God and reflects Christian values.

2. Integrity and Honesty
Honesty and integrity are essential in all our academic and personal interactions. Cheating, plagiarism, dishonesty, and any form of deception are strictly prohibited. We encourage accountability, transparency, and truthfulness in every aspect of school life (Proverbs 11:3, Ephesians 4:25).

3. Respect and Love for Others
Following Christ’s command to love our neighbors as ourselves (Mark 12:31), all members of our school community must treat one another with kindness, respect, and dignity. Bullying, harassment, discrimination, and unkind speech or behavior will not be tolerated.
4. Modesty and Holiness
As an Apostolic institution, we believe in upholding biblical standards of modesty and holiness in dress, speech, and behavior (1 Timothy 2:9-10, 1 Peter 1:15-16). Students and staff are expected to dress in a way that reflects a godly lifestyle and conduct themselves in purity and righteousness.
5. Stewardship and Responsibility
We recognize that all we have is a gift from God (1 Corinthians 4:2). As stewards of these blessings, we are committed to maintaining a culture of responsibility and excellence in our studies, work, and relationships. Every member of our school community is encouraged to be diligent, hardworking, and accountable.
6. Christian Leadership and Service
We believe that every student is called to be a light in the world (Matthew 5:14-16). Our school encourages leadership through service, compassion, and humility. Students are urged to actively participate in church, outreach, and community service.
7. Conflict Resolution and Forgiveness
In any Christian community, conflicts may arise. We are committed to resolving disputes biblically, seeking reconciliation through prayer, communication, and forgiveness (Matthew 18:15-17, Colossians 3:13). Our approach prioritizes love and unity within the body of Christ.
8. Commitment to Apostolic Teaching
Faculty and staff at Christian Life Academy are expected to uphold and teach according to Apostolic doctrine as expressed in Acts 2:38 and other scriptural foundations. We aim to instill a strong biblical worldview in our students, equipping them to live godly lives in an ever-changing world.
9. Accountability and Discipline
Discipline at Christian Life Academy is rooted in love and correction, following biblical principles (Hebrews 12:11, Proverbs 22:6). Violations of this ethics policy will be addressed with grace and firm guidance, aiming for spiritual growth and restoration.
Conclusion
By enrolling in Christian Life Academy, students and families agree to abide by this ethics policy, embracing the values and principles of Apostolic Christian living. We strive to create an atmosphere where Christ is glorified, and every individual can thrive in faith and knowledge.
